2006 Jessamy Family Reunion Notice

For those who will be staying at the Westchester Marriott Hotel for the family reunion, here is your reservation information.

DATE: June 30th through July 3rd

You may reserve your room by telephone (800) 228-9290 or (914) 631-2200, or by going to their website: www.westchester marriott.com. Fill in your check-in and check-out dates and then fill in the group code (JFRJFRA) to receive the Jessamy family reunion rate of $89 per night. If calling, make sure you refer to the group discount code (JFRJFRA) to receive your $89 per night rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, which can be made with a major credit card.

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations must be received on or before June 18, 2006. After that date there is a possibility of no room availablity.

TIDBITS
We have placed our deposit down for the buffet dinner and brunch at the hotel (July 2nd & 3rd). We have also secured the park permit for the cook-out back at Cook/Redmond Field on July 1st. We're working on attending a Sunday church service at either Messiah or Community Baptist Church in Yonkers. For the Sunday night banquet, we're thinking of having a Carribean theme with a Carribean menu. Final prices for attending the reunion are still being worked out, but hopefully will be available shortly. We're doing our best to keep the cost down as much as possible, but please let any extended family and friends of the family, who you may want to invite, know the reunion dates and room reservation information.
