Phil & Charlotte Frissell Jeter's Family History

I am researching the JETER, ST. JOHN, LACHTRUP and FRISSELL families. I have hit a few dead ends. I have not been able to locate any information on my grandmother, Florence Eva RUBLE, my Great Grandmother, Frances Elmira SNEED, and Charlotte's Grandfather Ferdinand Dietrich LACHTRUP (Lacktrup or Stoerk).

Some of the imformation on these pages is questionable, and not substantiated. I would like to hear from anyone with better data.
