I am researching the ancestors of my Grandparents, Claude Elmer Jimmerson h/o Mamie Lou Jackson and Thomas Street French h/o Eva Hudson all of Blount & Marshall Counties, Alabama.
On the Jimmerson line I have run into a brickwall with William born Abt. 1773 in Kentucky and died Abt. 1847 in Upson County, Georgia. He was married to Nancy Unknown. They had about seven children. He is my great, great, great grandfather.I have the lineage from him to me but would like to go back futher.
I have not researched the Jackson line as of now. But will be doing so ASAP.
On the Hudson line I'm stuck at Richard born Abt.1775 in South Carolina and died 11/05/1832 in Blount CO.,Alabama. He was married three times to (1)Sarah (2)Elizabeth Lloyd (3)Rachel.
Had a brother or son named Elijah born Abt.1790 in South Carolina. He is my great, great, great, great, grandfather.
On the Ffrench side I'm in the 13th generation of Thomas Ffrench 1611, I'm in Group # 116 of the French Family DNA Charts.
I will gladly share or receive information
