I am researching the DesCoteaux family history. My Great-Grandfather's name was Esdras Descoteaux. He married Celina Vanasse on Jan. 22,187 in St. Guill-Upton, Canada. My Grandfather's name was Albert Esdras DesCoteaux. He was born in Nicolet, Canada on Nov. 10, 1894 and later settled in Ware, MA. where he married and my Dad was born. I know that he came from a large family, but only know the names of four of his sisters, Anna, Angeline, Antoinette, & Blanche. Also a brother named Elzear(?spelling)If you have any information to share with me that would be great.
