2. HENRY² DISBROW (HENRY¹ DISBROUGH) was born Bef. Apr 13, 1775 in vicinity of Monmouth, NJ., and died in Herkimer Co. NY.. He married HELLEN ______. She was born Abt. 1790, and died Aft. 1850.

      He is listed in the 1830 census of Newport, Herkimer Co., NY; and the 1840 census of Fairfield, Herkimer Co., NY. Not listed subsequently. There is very much that is speculative about this Henry Disbrow and his family.
      First of all I don’t know that he was a son of the older Henry of Montgomery Co., I am guessing based on his proximity and name, and also the fact that his presumed son Henry Jr. moved later to Glen. Montgomery Co., NY.
      Secondly, I’ve based the identity of his wife upon the fact that Hellen Disbrow, age 60, appears in the 1850 census of Newport, Herkimer Co., living with her (presumed) son Henry Disbrow and his wife Kathrine”. The children, too, are only tied to him because of their ages and proximity to his former location in the census records.

Lovica Disbrow is listed in the 1850 census of Newport, Herkimer Co., NY, age 28 living in the household of Walter and Kathrine Mun, farmers. I have listed her as a possible child of Henry & Hellen Disbrow because of her presence in that town and county.

Eliza Disbrow is listed in the 1850 census of Newport, Herkimer Co., NY, age 22, living in the household of Richard and Charlotte (Neundune?), farmers. I ahve listed her as possible child of Henry and Hellen because of her presence in the town and county.

3. JOHN² DISBROW (HENRY¹ DISBROUGH) was born Oct 22, 1787, and died Apr 22, 1859 in Town of Glen, Mongomery Co. NY.. He married NANCY ______. She was born Sep 01, 1795.

Buried in graveyard On Mill Point - Glen Road, Town of Glen, Montgomery Co.. NY.
He is listed in the 1820 census record of Charleston, Montgomery Co.. NY; and in subsequent census records, 1830-1855 in Glen, Montgomery Co., NY. A farmer.
His birthplace is questionable. The 1850 census lists it as NY, but the 1855 census lists it as NJ - which is the only real evidence I have linking this family to the NJ Disbrows.

Listed in the 1850 and 1855 census of Glen, Montgomery Co., NY., with his parents. He was unmarried at the time and the 1855 census lists his occupation as Carpenter.
