Thomas's will provides for the following: his wife Mary was to inherti two hundred dollars and all she brought into the marraige. She was also to choose one horse and one cow. To his children: 1) $700 to Abner 2) $700 to Jesse Humphrey's Children (Letty, Rachel, Martha, Mary, Thomas and Morris) 3) $800 to Uree's children (names not known) 4) $800 to daughter Hannah 5) $800 to daughter Effee Young's Children 6) $900 to daugher Martha Crow 7) $900 to daughter Tracy Daniel 8) $800 to Children of daughter Mary Osburn 9) $900 to daughter Nancy Johnson 10) $900 to son Jonah 11) $900 to son Marcus (after deducting out what I have in bonds and notes against him). 12) $200 to grandson Thomas (son of Jacob) 13) 1/2 bond against the Estate of 279 pounds to daughter in law Margaret Humphree and her daughters Uree and Mary Ann - when 1/2 of that bond is paid to the Executors the bond shall be given up to pay the administrators of Charles Humphrey (dec'd).

His will specified that all his Estate was to be sold. All land and Negros (except Chany and Silver Spoons) were to be divided up between his living daughters. The balance of his Estate was to be divided equally between Abner Humphrey, Martha Crow, Tacy Daniel, Nancy Yound and Jonah Humphrey
