This is a photograph of the Owens / Skaggs / Warren / Milby House in northern Green Co., KY near Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. My GGGgrandfather, Richard Skaggs, owned this house and lived here in the early 1850s. This photograph taken in the early 1900s when the Milbys lived there.
