This is the Branch of Thomas Norris the Immigrant of Maryland. His son Thomas Norris born in St Marys Co. Maryland in 1638. who moved from Maryland to Georgetown,Charleston,Cheraw and Horry Co SC. then into Columbus Co NC. Also reaching the names of Guinn. Williamson. Nealy.Norris.Sweatt/Swett. Lee. Norton and Gillespie. Merritt.Johnson/Johnston. I would like to give credit to my cousin, Marion Banks McGee. who conneted me with the rest of my family. I didn't know I had.
