Notes for ROBERT DAVIS:
The Davis and Pickens came to America in 1736 landing at Paxton, near Phila. PA remain there till 1741. The 4 families, Robert Davis, Robert Pickens, John and Andrew Pickens, all removed to the Wax haw section in the Carolina's.
