My sister and I on the porch of the Hutchison house in Fairfax Co. VA. It was the home of my 6g-grandparents John & Rosamond (Hampton) HUTCHISON, John Hutchison, b. March 9, 1711/12 VA. d. 1800 Pleasant Valley, VA. He was the 2nd. son of Andrew Hutchison b. 1687 d. 1760. This house has been renovated and still remains on a part of Andrew's 2200 acres-A Fairfax County, VA. Land Grant of 1726. Hutchison house is one of the few 18th Century houses still standing in the county and is the only one made of brick.
