The Dailey Family - LeFlore County Oklahoma's Kith and KinUpdated September 10, 2003 |
This page is dedicated to my two grandmothers, Goldie Elsie RUSSELL, born 1888, Texas and Maggie Hester LAWSON, born 1906, Indian Territory. ************************************************************ This tree is the culmination of many years of research, not just on my own part, but also my parents Milton Dailey and Wanda Rentz Dailey, as well as my maternal grandmother, Goldie Elsie Russell Rentz. Some of the lines in my family tree are very well documented on the internet. These lines include: Edmond CREEKMORE - early settler of Virginia Edward LOVETT - of Whitley County, Kentucky Joseph BATCHELOR - early settler of Virginia John Calvin ROGERS, born eastern Cherokee Nation, emigrated to Georgia Ridge, Crawford County, Arkansas ************************************************************* My main focus is the search for my maternal grandfather's family: Roy RENTZ, born 10 March 1884, at Columbus, Georgia, a possible son of Carlos RENTZ and Mattie ROWE. Roy died 26 October 1946 in California. I am also looking for the family of Milton Bryant DAILEY. Milton was born 1866 at Minnesota, the son of Pat DAILEY and Nancy SPRAGUE. By 1889, Milton was residing in the Choctaw Indian Territory. In 1893 he married, at Bokoshe, Indian Territory, Maudie LOVELL, born 1879, Bokoshe, Indian Territory. I have information to share on his descendants, but am looking for information on his ancestors... *********************************************************** Please feel free to browse my files. If I can help with a collateral line, I will be happy to do so. |
