Sarah Lena Bennett-Allen is my ggrandmother. She was born December 24,1853,in Ohio. She married Silas Allen in Scioto County,Ohio and they had several children together.
George Washington Allen,Edward Newton Allen,Joseph Allen,James G. Allen,
Clarence Pearl Allen and Agnes Marie Allen. All the children were born in Scioto County,Ohio.
"Lena" went to be with the lord on January 19, 1926 at age 73 years and 26 days.
