The Wojtas Family Home Page

Albert Wojtas came to the United States in Dec. of 1913. His place of birth was Galicja, Austria (Austria occuppied the southern part of Poland from 1795 to 1917). He was baptized in a Catholic church in the Dioeceses of Cracoviensis. His fathers name was John Wojtas and his mothers name was Barbara Niemiece. I am looking for any information I can get on his roots in Poland/Austria.
Albert Wojtas had a cousin Thomas Wojtas whose father was Paul Wojtas (brother to Albert's father John Wojtas)and his Mother was Anna Niemiece (sister to Albert's Mother Barbara Niemiece) so they both share the same family roots. Any information on either of these families would be appreciated.
