| My great great grandfather, Peter Wunderlich was born 11-10-1815 in Oberndorf, Germany. I am looking for the rest of his family in Germany. Apparently he came over by himself in 1846 and landed at Galveston, Texas. He sailed from Bremen. Peter married Elizabeth Mueller in Fredericksburg, Texas. On Mom's side I am looking for Christian Behrends (from Prussia)and Henrich Eckhardt (from Steinbrucken, Nassua, Germany)born about 1821 give or take a few years. They came over in 1845. They also landed in Galveston, Texas. All the families settled in Fredericksburg, Gillespie County, Texas. |
