This web site is dedicated to the search for our Sutter & Kaiser relatives who immigrated to the USA from the small village of Martinshöhe, Germany, located in the Rheinland-Pfalz region a few kilometers from the city of Landstuhl.

Let's begin first with our Sutter immigrants Franz & Adam.
Franz Sutter (later changed to Frank) immigrated to Chicago, Illinois in 1888. He married Pauline Dorn there in 1895 and they had 3 sons named John A., Adolph G., & George. They lived at
1037 Barry Ave, Chicago, IL and eventually their family grew to include daughters Carita, Pauline, & Eva.

We do know John A. Sutter married Theresa (Idstein) and they had daughters Kathryn & Teresa. Adolph married a lady named Louise at around 1925, and they had daughters Mary & Barbara.
