In 1791 he gave a receipt to William Gerow for Deborah's share of the estate of Daniel Gerow. Early in the 1790s, probably in 1793, they moved from new Marlborough (Plattekill), NY and settled in what became known as Denton's Valley which is located in both Sullivan CO, TN and Washington CO, VA.
