| Charles W. Wright was born in Billingsley, Shropshire, England. He first came to America in 1855 arriving in Baltimore, Maryland aboard the ship "F.W.Brune". On his first trip to the United States, he was alone. He then went back to England and returned in 1855 with his family. This will be an ongoing attempt to trace his footsteps here in the United States and in England. My name is Mandy and Charles was my 3rd Great Grandfather. I have been researching my family for nearly 30 years and it seems that everyday I find something or someone new. It is like an on going treasure hunt with the treasure being "family" |
