Flowers book!] ; [he had a Catholic burial]. He married ELIZABETH FLOWERS Abt. 1810 in New Carlisle? Gaspe Co., District of Gaspe, (most likely New Carlisle) or Shigawake?, Lower Canada (Quebec) ; [no marriage record found ; most of the church records starting in 1811 for New Carlisle], daughter of ROBERT FLOWERS and ALICE PENNINGTON. She was born July 13, 1794 in New Carlisle, Gaspe Co, District of Gaspe, Lower Canada (Quebec) ; [born 1792 according to A.D. Flowers' book!] ; [bapt. twice- Nov. 30, 1811 - Ch. of Scotland rec. & Feb. 11, 1862 in Angl. Ch. by Wm. G. Lyster - Witn.'s Wm. Sullivan & others ], and died June 12, 1877 in Port Daniel, Bonaventure Co., District of Gaspe, Quebec, Canada [at 85 yrs. of age].
