My mother's side of the family (Lee/Lynskey) is fairly complete so I have switched over to work on my father's side (Kay/Kedrovsky). I know that my great-grandfather, Rt. Rev. Benjamin Kedrovsky came over from Russia to the United States with his three(?) brothers, but I don't have any concrete information on any of them or their families. Nor do I have information on his parents or other family in Russia. I know very little about Benjamin's wife, Julia Wahner(?) and her family as well. What I do know is that Benjamin and Julia both died in Gary, Indiana after having four children--George, Vladimir (my grandfather), Victor, and Vera. Benjamin was the head of St. Mary's Orthodox Church in Gary and both he and Julia along with their daughter Vera and Victor are buried in St. Mary's cemetery in Gary. After WWII, my grandfather and Victor both changed their last names to "Kay". So the only living relatives with the original surname of "Kedrovsky" would come from George's family.
