According to deed research, the house located at 403 Main Street remained in the Kedy family until 1992, having been passed from William Kedy to his wife Caroline upon his death in 1874, and then to his son John William Bennett Kedy, and eventually to his granddaughters Anne C. A. Willis and Helena Victoria Hyson.
