Prominent Windsor doctor dies at 84 - A prominent Nova Scotia physician and surgeon for over half a century, and former mayor of Windsor, Dr. Owen Brown Keddy, died Saturday at the age of 84. Born in Queens County, he was the son of the late William and Matilda Brown Keddy.
