| We are decended from Alexander Keeney who became a free-man in Connecticut around 1660. I am trying to gain a better understanding of where he originated from Europe. I have some second hand documentation that we are related to John Keney (wife Sarah Cheever) of Kings Lynn, England who was born around 1600. I have John's father as Thomas Kinne of Norfolk, England born in 1578. If anyone can substantiate this with some kind of documentation that would be great. Actually any information would be very much appreciated. I am more than willing to share any information that I have gathered over the years. |
