The John Drake (Darlington) Walkers of Columbus County, N.C.

The ancestors of John Drake Walker (formerly John Darlington Walker) have lived in Columbus County, N.C., since the early 1800's. The Bishop John Walker now resides with his wife, Viola, in Richfield, Minneapolis. His life has been a fascinating series of events-- including almost 60 years of ministry in the Church of God. His ministry, Amazing Grace Ministries, continues to reach thousands of people every week in the Twin Cities area.

The descendents of John Drake Walker are proud of this fine man who has lived a life of honor and courage. We have a family reunion each summer at Holden Beach, N.C.
