Anyone having any information about Kelley twins Charles Ray Kelley and Charles Gay Kelley born about 1924 please contact me. Billy Kelley Thanks to this page and Charles Gay Kelley's Grandaughter, Julie Wallace, I was able to meet my Father Charles Gay Kelley. I had never seen him before and did not know where he was. I am now 61 and he is 83 and I feel like it was just God's will that we meet before one of us is gone. Now I found I have two sisters and several other kin that I did not know about.
