I am currently researching the KELLER family from Illinois, specifically Peoria and Morgan counties. My father, Jack Henry Keller, was born in Peoria in 1923. His father, Raymond H. Keller, was born in Jacksonville, Morgan County, in 1893. I believe the middle initial "H" in Raymond's name stands for Henry, which was my father's middle name, and is also my brother's middle name. My father told us "Henry" was a family name.My father's mother, Louise Amelia WINTERS, was born in Peoria in 1890. Her father, Gustav Winters, was born in France. Her mother, Elizabeth SCHWINN, was born in Illinois. Before Louise and Raymond were married, Louise was married to a man named HILL, and had three children, Helen, Virginia and Harold.I am specifically trying to find birth, marriage and death dates for Raymond, as well as any other family history for the Kellers, Winters or Schwinns.I also am researching my mother's side, but since many people have gone before me, the information is much easier to come by. Some of the names in that search are: THURMAN, JACOB(S), GERBER, MILLER, MILNER, PHILLIPS, and KELLOGG.Any information for any of the surnames listed will be greatly appreciated.
