THE LOLA PAIGE and RAY MAYFIELD FAMILY OF OK

My purpose for creating this website is to share our family history with my children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

This information has been compiled through Family Bibles, Family papers with dates written by my grandparents, Obituaries, Marriage licenses, birth & death certificates, personal knowledge and the help of other family members doing research.

What got me started? My eldest sister and brother-in-law(Helen and Raymond Brenner)started researching our family hstory twenty years ago.

In 1990 I traveled through Salt Lake City and went through the family library there. I found my dad's Indian ancestors. I decided I wanted to know more about my roots.

Through the mail and letters to editors I have found cousins I hadn't seen since 1941 and cousins I didn't even know I had. It has been a wonderful exciting experience.
