The Kelly's, originally from Ireland (of course), are most recently of Mississippi and Florida and now North Carolina connected with the Williams lineage which includes relatives who settled early in Ann Arbor and Battle Creek, Michigan. Some of the ancestor's names include Beckley, Prince, Secore, and Nowland. The Secore line is the most intriguing in that the name William Robinson Williams was the alias chosen by Andrew Secore after the civil war. There is also a recent linage from England from the Etherington, Hallas and Kemp families. |
