Miller. Phoebe A. Carney (AKA Libby)was a descendant of the Tri-Isolate Native American Delaware Nanticoke Moor community in Kent County Delaware and died on 14, March, 1911 in Edmore, Montcalm County, Michigan at the age of 87 years and 10 months old.
