| My parents were William D. Kelley (1901-1986) born in Bluefield, WV and Florence Evans Brooks (1903-1988) (1903-1988) born in Richmond, VA of ______Walker and Stonewall Jackson Brooks. I have no further records on the Brooks family. William Kelley's father was Patrick Joseph Kelley (1865-1944) whose father was John Kelley, an immigrant from Ireland. Patrick was born in Pottsville, PA. John was a coal miner and died when 63 years old. I have no further information on the Kelley side of my family and would really like to pursue this side of the family. William's mother was Levicie Virginia Baldwin (1875-1908). I have a rather extensive tree line for her extending back to the 1500's. |
