Any information would be gratefully received. I am also willing to share my information.
The Bremners originated in Aberdeen, Scotland in the 1700's. My great grandfather, James emigrated with his family to Launcestion, Tasmania in the 1850's. There maybe living relatives in Aberdeen which I am currently endeavouring to trace.
My father's family name was Cooper, but that has proved to be more elusive. My great grandfather - Austin Cooper being born in Dublin, Ireland in 1854. Unfortunately, I have been unable thus far to establish any further links. My grandfather, John Patrick Cooper had 2 sisters - Mary and Maud. Mary married Charles Taylor and emigrated to America, but I have no information about Maud.
