Shirley Yarbrough Kelly

Rodney was born in Rockport, Texas and grew up in Midland, Texas. He graduated from high school in Houston, Texas at Spring Woods High School in 1968. Then he attended U.T. Austin and graduated with a degree in histroy in 1972. He has worked in state government and is corrently working for the State of Texas.Shirley was born Shirley Yarbrough in El Paso, Texas and graduated from Eastwood High School. She attended U.T. Austin and graduated with a B.S. in Child Development in 1978. She is currently a parent educator for the Austin Independent School District. We have three children, Thomas Albert (8/23/70), Richard Sterling (8/18/72) and Linda Yarbrough (1/4/80). Thomas is married to Amy Michelle Mathews and they have two daughters, Kristen Michelle (4/11/98) and Megan Ann (10/29/00).
