| I am researching the Kelleher Family of Philadelphia, PA, originally from Co. Galway, Ireland. Thomas Kelleher and his wife Bridget came to the U.S. in 1867, with their children Martin, Winnie, Maggie, John, Mary, and Michael. Other related branches of the family are the Souder Family, in Philadelphia by 1750; the Bross Family, immigrated to PA from Prussia by 1830; Sophia Bance, born in France in 1789, arriving in America by the 1840's; branches of Armstead, Donahue, and Chambers families, all in Philadelphia by 1800-30; Bains, Hughes, McLaughlin, McKeown, and Gallagher Families all immigrating from Ireland to PA, and Dobbins, Kelley, Tracy, and Bergin Families all immigrating from Ireland to CT, between 1860 and 1885; Volanth Family coming from Slovakia to NYC by the 1890's, and Novak Family from Bohemia arriving in NYC in 1882. I would greatly appreciate any information, and of course am willing to share any of my information. |
