JOHN JACOBS FAMILY

John Jacobs(Jakob) came to this country from Erksdorf, Hessin, Germany in 1854. HE Emmigrated to Danville, along with his Brother, Henry, to Danville, Pa. Where he opened a bakery,/ candy store. For many years he assisted many family members in coming to America.
On July 19-20, 2003 we are celebrating 148 years in this country. There will be a family reunion at my home & We hope to help Danville celebrate their 5th Iron Heritage festival. All of out family is invited and encouraged to attend. More info to follow soon.
