Miss Dianna K. Ward became the bride of David C. Luellen at 4:30 p.m. , Nov. 24, in Foursquare Gospel Church.The Rev. J.L. Babcock officiated at the Double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ward. 133 Pickett Ave. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Carroll D. Luellen, 545 S. 11th St.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white gown styled with an A-line skirt.It featured a satin lace overlay in organza accented in tiny white pearls Her chapel-length train ended in three layers of lace and pearls.The full sleeves ended in bridal point cuffs, and were accented with pearls and lace.Her veil was dotted with pearls and lace, and fastened to a Juliet cap.
She carried a bouquet of peach-colored roses and white carnations with baby's breath and peach and rust-colored streamers.
Mrs. Don Sullivan, matron of honor, wore and A-line dress of peach satin with fur around the sleeves and collar.She carried a single white rose with peach and rust streamers.
Karen Sumpter and Robin Luellen, sister of the bridegroom, were bridesmaids.They wore A-line gowns of rust satin with fur around the sleeves and collars.They carried single peach roses and peach streamers.
Flower girl was Lori Willliams.
Mark Jones, Peru, served as his brother-in-law's best man. Groomsmen were James Luellen, West Melton, Ohio, and Dennis Allen. Ushers were Ken Ward.,brother of the bride, and Brian Luellen. Ring bearer was Timmy Ward. Debbie Hacker was soloist and Ruth Hurst, organist.
Approximately 150 guest attend the reception held in Flower House Fellowship Center of the Church. a Fortier, square care was decorated in fall colors.Becky Goodson a New Castle served.
The bride is a 1976 gradate of Chrysler High School, and is employed by Harvest Market.
The bridegroom also graduated from Chrysler High school in 1976, and is employed by Royal Industries.
Following a brief wedding trip to Muskegon, Mich.,the Couple is living in New Castle,
