Arkansas.The first Rather seems to have immigrated to America in 1738 to Virginia. I have a special interest in the Wrather's in Fulton Co. Eliga D. Wrather or John Asbury Rather both appear on the 1880 census of Fulton Co. Arkansas.Any information on any Rather/Wrather would be deeply appreciated. |
