The Kidd/Bradley/Springer/CarterFamily Home Page
Updated September 6, 2000I am presently researching numerous branches of the family: in Ohio and Illinois extensive Bradley branch;in Georgia: Cannon, Houser, Carter, Thigpen; as of July 10, 97, I have entered over 700 names of the various family branches with alot of pictures (going back to the mid-1800's. I am particularly interrested in gaining more information on David James Kidd, the father of Alexander James Kidd, born in Edinburgh, Scotland and his earlier family members. I also would like any information on Thigpen-they came from Scotland to Carolina and my branch to Georgia. And finally I have alot of information on the Springer family from Germany around 1000AD to the 1900s in Illinois with some great pictures of George A. Springer and his beautiful wife, Caroline Pierce in the early 1800s and other info on that family that I would be glad to share. |
