I Abraham Poor of the County of Buckingham in the state of VA, do make this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking all others, hertofore made by me.
Item 1st After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I give to my wife Sarah Poor the land on which I now live, a yoke of young oxen, my stock of cattle and hogs, all my crops of every kind, and my household and kitchen furniture for and during her life after her death I give and bequeath the same to be equaly divided between my two daughters Eliza Virginia and Mary Susan Poor sometimes called Simpson, being children of the sister of my present wife Sarah Poor, to them their heirs and assigns foreever.
Item 2nd I hereby appoint my friend Brandon C. Moseley excutor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I hereunto affix my hand and seal this the seventeenth day of May 1877. Abraham Poor

Be it remembered that I, Julia F. Ragland do make this my last will testament, as follows:
First, I give and bequeath unto S. J. Fulcher W. A. Fulcher, his wife all of my personal estate, wheresoever it may be found and of whatever it may consist.
Second, I give and devise unto the said S. J. Fulcher and W. A. Fulcher all real estate that I may own at my death, or that I now own.
Third, I appoint the said S. J. Fulcher Executor of this my will, and desire that no security be required of him as such.
Fourth, I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils made by me heretofore.
Witness my hand this _______ day of December, 1926.

Signed, published and acknowledeged by Julia F. Ragland as and for her last will, in the presence of us, who in her presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Virginia: In the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, on Thursday the 4th day of Dec. 1930, In Vacation:
This day a paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Julia F. Ragland, who departed this life on Dec. 1st, 1930, was produced in said office and duly proved by the testimony of A. W. Carter and S. W. Trent, the two attesting witnesses who after first being duly sworn testified that they were both present when the said Julia F. Ragland, the testatrix signed and declared said paper to be her last will and testament and at her request and in her presence and in the presence of one another, they the said S. W. Trent and A. W. Carter signed their names as attesting witnesses. Thereupon the said paper is considered as the last will and testament of Julia F. Ragland, and as such is ordered to be recorded.
And the testatrix having nominated and appointed S. J. Fulcher as Executor under her said will and requested that no security be required of him: Thereupon the said S. J. Fulcher entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $1500.00 without security payable to the Commonwealth and conditioned and payable according to law, and qualified as required by law.
      Given under my hand this 4th day of December 1930.
