* The Dennis Killmer's Family Home Page*

Updated June 19, 2013

I live in The Colony Texas. I have been doing Genealogy on and off since .... Well, lets just say I used to have a paper and pencil, plus I remember the first DOS based Genealogy program. I now have FTM 2012 and love it… My how far we have come……
I originally come from Jersey city, New Jersey. I was born in Hoboken, New Jersey. I left home at a young age, joined the Military, lived in Texas and Connecticut but finally decided to move to Texas as my final place. I am researching the Kilmer’s, McCarthy’s, Finns, Lafferty’s, and the Pulver’s and many many others… The Killmer/Kilmer’s come from Dutchess County New York, and Altengronau, Hessen, Germany. The Kilmer’s arrived in America 1709 and was part of the German Palatines movement. The McCarthy's in my line lived in Northern New Jersey (i.e. Jersey City area), and of course Ireland. I don’t know what part of Ireland, and with a name like McCarthy its going to be hard to find them. I am in need of any McCarthy information. The Finn's lived in Hackensack NJ, and came from Ireland. The Lafferty's lived in Jersey City NJ, and they came from Ireland. The Pulver’s come from Dutchess County/Columbia County New York, and Germany. I believe the Pulver’s arrived in America 1709 and was part of the German Palatines.

Any information Please contact me.

There are other lines included: Wolcutt, Baus, Kohler, Decker, Shutt, Johnson, Clark, Teator,Conklin, VanTassel, Huff, (any many many more)
