This Killian family history and genealogy has been removed from the internet. It is the policy of FamilyTreeMaker and Genealogy.com (both owned by Ancestry.com) that require authors to relinquish all copyright privileges and thereby permit Ancestry.com to offer the history as a commercial product. This means that all original text, maps, and photographs can be copied and commercially distributed by Ancestry.com.
This policy was unilaterally established by Ancestry.com and those persons using their services must agree to the policy or not be permitted to use Ancestry.com's products or services. I object to this policy and do not grant Ancestry.com the right to take my work and profit from it.
