worked side by side. And Uncle Hugh got it. So to satisfy my Dad, they created a job of Superintendent of Production and gave that to my Dad. I think they were making about the same money, as far as money was concerned. But I think my Dad would've liked to have had the job, but he didn't get it. I think there was just a little friction there. But Uncle Hugh played golf, and he belonged to the country club, and all this jazz that goes over good with executives. Where as my Dad didn't. So we used to go down to the house once in a while. He took good care of my Mother when she was at the hospital. I will say that. I never saw a bill, I don't know if Mrs. Easley payed it, or who payed it, I don't even know if there was a bill. I know my Uncle said 'Don't worry about it.' She had a Dr. Thomas, who I didn't know at all. But, that was Mrs. Easley's doctor. If Mrs. Easley said it was good, boy it was good. She had my Mother wound around her pinky. See she came in and took care of my Mother when I was in the service. Mother lived alone for a couple of years."
