| We are enjoying the search for our Loved-ones with the names of STONE, BARR, SAYRE, DUNHAM, KING, JACOBS, YEAGER, SEE, PRATT, WOOLWINE, GRIMES, WYKLE, HUGHES, RICHARDS, RHODES, BROOK, BARIMORE, KNAPP, RICHARDS, BURGESS, PEYTON, BRENT, and others.Most of these families came through Westmorland, Greene, and Washington Counties in Pennsylvania.Many settled in Mason and Jackson Counties in West Virginia.Some moved on to homes in the West.There are at lest two separate King Famlies.The first of one of these King families, the first of several Francis Kings, came to Northumberland County, Virginia as an indentured servant.I have recently found more than 300 descendants of this Francis King.These descendants came from Stafford County Virginia where five generations of these Kings Lived.The See/Zehs settled in Schohari, New York and some of this family found thier way to Greenbrier and eventually Mason County, VA(WV).We hope to make those who have gone before us more than just names on a list.As much a possible we would like to find the person behind the name.Also, we are just as proud of those who came from humble beginnigs as we are of those who were able to start a little higher on the social ladder.We are not thrilled with mayflowerites. We would like to dedicate this page to those who have so unselfishly aided us because, without them, this would not have come to pass.We would have gone on about our business without a thought towards genealogy.Among these are Glorene and Mark Stevens, Karen Stone Kabler, Ann Royal, Lori Samples, Ruth Dunham, Virginia Buckalew, Barbara Petry, Virginia Petricelli, and others.To them I would like to say thanks and to say I love you. Update:I have found and made friends with additional family members and I have discovered more family history including a family connection with one of the most famous Indian massacres that occurred in what is now West Virginia.Also, since I am not the one who researched the information that I have, I have refrained from displaying what I have on the Family Tree Maker site.However, I may be reached at emaile address listedand at the website that I have listed.Eventually I hope to have much of my genealogical information on this page.With the many sources for information that I have, I may not be able to give all the credit that each individual deserves, but I will try.All I ask that you use the information honorably.
