I became interested in researching my family history as I became older and more comfortable with my own life. I am a novice at this process and have found most of my information through family and online sources. Genealogy can become addictive! First it was a unique name that attracted me, then an unusual family story that seems to have been carried on for several generations. Some believe the story to be fact, some feel that it is fiction.
