Hi my name is Sam and a few years ago my dear Mum gave me a book, I know thats not very intresting but this book was called "The Family History record book". I sat down and being a book worm began to read,It all sounded quite intresting and then i noticed mum had scribled some family facts in the back.It was reading these facts that i started doing my own reserch to fill in the gaps Mum had left.As my reserch grew i found more relatives and ancestors that family tales and storys had forgot. For instance my great granddad Edwin from Hollym in Yorkshire was 1 of 13 children, and sadly all my elderly family could not remember there names, in a few month i found them all, and i found my great great granmothers maiden name and that led me to find all her siblings and her perents. on this one family line i can trace my ancestry back to 1821.Im hopeing that creating this web page other members of my family will help fill in any gaps as this page will be always under construction and updated with new news info and facts.thanks love Sam.
