Notes for Green Plumb: From "Rose Neighborhood Sketches," Green Plumb was a failed farmer who lost his tenant farm and went insane. Was admitted to the Poor House in Lyons, New York from May 29, 1835 - January 10, 1836 and again March 7, 1839 probably until his death in 1854. [Kline8b.FTW]
