Knaapen-Klenke Family Tree

Updated June 5, 2001

Well, there's more than just a beginning here now!

I hope you enjoy the pictures. I'll have to try to keep them up-to-date as we have more family reunions.

I hope the InterneTree and Generation Reports are useful and informative too! If you have a contribution or question, please contact me. I'm grateful to my contacts in the Netherlands, Mat and Bram. Mat for providing information on his part of the family. And Bram for motivating me to provide more information here. With luck I can make a few more contacts or better yet make a little visit to the "home land".

Family Photos

  • Bill & Mickey Knaapen Family (205 KB)
Family portrait taken the summer of Mom and Dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary - 1994.
  • This is me - Laura J. Knaapen (11 KB)
It was my first digital picture. A self portrait in my office about 5 years ago.
  • The William Knaapen Family - 1999 (59 KB)
Minus William, unfortunately. This was the third? Knaapen family reunion. Each family group had matching t-shirts and then they'd each get their own group picture.
  • The Family "Elders" (59 KB)
From the 1999 Knaapen Family picnic in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin again.
  • The Cousins - Part 1 (58 KB)
Another family picnic tradition - the line up of first cousins in order by age. These are the older cousins.
  • The Cousins - Part 2 (58 KB)
This is somewhere in the middle of the line up. Cousins - Part 3 is missing, because that's where I am and there was no one else to hand my camera to. There are always fewer pictures of the younger kids anyway.
  • A Klenke-Neuville Family Invasion (59 KB)
A Knaapen family motto is "The more, the merrier!" So we extend invitations to the other sides of the families as well. These are part of my Mom's side of the family - Neuvilles, Klenkes, and Zettels. I'll have to get a picture from this year's Klenke family picnic to add to this gallery.

  • Gloudemans Portion of the Tree (9 KB)
I'm limited to only five reports, so since the Gloudemans information is relatively small and Bea had it typed up so nicely, I've added it as a related file.
