| Currently I'm researching the folowing surnames:(1) Knowles (2) Palen (3) Wait (4) Scovil Other family tree surnames of interest: (1) Morse (2) Miles (3) Schuyler (4) Martin (A little too common!!) I am researching the Knowles surname in upstate NY. My father, grandfather, and great grandfather were from the Gloversville/Johnstown area north of Albany and I have traced the surname back to George W. Knowles of Worcester, England (d. 1887). Any information of the above surnames, in the upstate NY area, would be greatly appreciated. |
