The James C. Kobylack family of Bellefontaine, OH

I am searching for information on Rossetta Parsons born October 28, 1880 in West Virginia. On Death Certificate on file in Urbana, Oh., Father listed as Thomas Parsons and Mother unknown, Birth place listed as West Virginia. Rosetta was said to have one Native American parent. My memory of her, my great-grandmother, points to this being possible but I feel both parents may have been of Native American and she was adopted by a Parsons (Thomas?)of West Virginia.
