Anderson, and together with J.M. Parsons, his surety, who entered into and ax
knowledged a bond in the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars, conditioned according 
to law, certificate is granted the said Abijah Anderson for obtaining letters 
of Administration on the Estate of C.P. Porter Deceased, in due form."

"John Comer, Andy Pierce and Lee thomas are hereby appointed who will after 
being duly sworn proceed to appraise the true value of the personal estate 
of C.P. Porter Decd. and return theri appraisement from under their hands to 
the Commissioner of Acct."December 12, 1903, a J.T. Comer and J.F. Comer are 
each paid by the Court for caring for Clayborn, a lunatice.  Court Order Book 13, p 250September 15, 1906, Court Clerks Order Book 31 page 31, Abijah Anderson is 
granted being the Administrator of the Estate of C.P. Porter, Deceased.
1880 Census, Clayborn is shown living with the Ingoldsby family, no relationship 
given.
1900 Census shows the first actual entry for Clayborn PORTER, with no others 
in the household.  The listing was a page before the Ingoldsby entry, making 
it several houses up the road.
