Leander and Nancy Goodson deaded land to each of their children. According to a copy of the deed, Leander deeded land to Train on October 9th, 1876. Original deed is the possesion by John Carroll Golding.

Luemma Neal, daughter of Train and Mary J. Goodson was born 15 Nov 1871 and died 11 Dec 1871 age 26 days. The Grayson County Death Records transcribed by Billie White state:
Goodson, Laura d 4 Jun 1872 Age is not readable but looks like __m, dtr of Trane Goodson.
I suppose perhaps the transcription could have been 4 Jan 1872? and the birth closer to the Dec. date.
In the transcribed births for 1871, also by Billie White, there is no listing for Luemma or Laura.
