The Newcomb, Crawford & Long, James Lineage

I am researching the Newcomb family from Sweetwater, TN. My grandfather Robert N. Newcomb was born in Sweetwater, TN about 1870-1874. He died in Bakersfield, CA 1929 his children: George, Thomas, Ivy Mae, Julie Mae, Irene Emma, Marie by Rosa "Mae" Crawford (B: 1880 & who died as Mae Arnold in Bakersfield, CA). He was married just before his death, abt 1929, to Margaret Brun who gave birth to Barbara "Bobbie" Newcomb after his accidental death.

Rosa "Mae" Crawford's father was William "Bill" C. Crawford born in Ohio abt 1848.

On the Long side I am able to go back to my greatgrandfather; John Parris Long 1830 - 1901 and his wife Martha Elizabeth 1842 - 1913. I am trying to find out more information on John Parris' father and mother: John Long and Deborah O'Neal abt 1795.

Any information would be appreciated and I am willing to share any information I may have.
